Weather Update For Next Two Days
Fairly Widespread/ Widespread moderate snow/rain expected in J&K & UT Ladakh From tomorrow morning till 10 feb late afternoon.
A fresh moderate intensity western disturbance will affect jammu, kashmir and Ladakh from tonight to 10 February and its main activity will be on tomorrow afternoon to 10 feb morning under its Influence, light to moderate rain expected in plains of kashmir , light / moderate rain expected in plains of jammu and moderate snowfall is expected in higher reaches of j&k during this period.
As per weather models 60-80% possibility of snowfall in plains of Kashmir more chances in North Kashmir & Kulgam , Shopian districts.
Few / isolated parts of higher reaches may receive heavy snowfall on tomorrow.
Light to Moderate snowfall is also Expected in Kargil and leh districts of Ladakh.
Probable impact:
This may led to temporary disruption of major highways .
